Requirements for participating in learning activities
Students are allowed to take part in learning activities if students have:
Have a valid Student Identity Card (KTM)
Fill in the KRS for the semester concerned and it has been approved by the guardian lecturer and SBA online
Registered in the DHMD of the semester.
When participating in learning activities, students must sign a DHMD which must be examined by the course’s caretaker lecturers.
Exam Requirements
Students are allowed to take the exam if they meet the following requirements:
Registered as a student in the semester concerned;
Fulfill all administrative requirements set by the Faculty of Pharmacy;
Participating in at least 80% of the real lecture activities held in the semester and / or participating in all activities (100%) of laboratory practicum, field work, clinical work, seminars, or similar activities.
To take the final exam (comprehensive trial), students must meet the following requirements:
a. Pass all the courses in the study program taken (meet the required cumulative study load).
b. Have compiled and written a thesis (which has been declared ‘worthy of the test’ by the supervisor),
c. Has completed the administrative requirements set by the University and the Faculty of Pharmacy.
Final Project Flow

Thesis Writing
At the end of the Undergraduate Pharmacy Study Program, students are required to make a Final Project in the form of research with a load of 6 credits which is divided into Research Proposals and Seminar 2 credits (0-2), Research and Seminar on Research Results (including thesis preparation) 2 credits ( 0-2) as well as 2 credits (0-2) of Comprehensive Undergraduate Session. Thesis can be replaced with scientific articles in reputable international journals or national journals accredited by students as main authors along with their supervisors as co-authors by including the Unpad institution.
Research Proposal Seminar
Students can take the Research Proposal and Seminar courses if:
a. At least 110 credits have been completed, as evidenced by a certificate from the guardian lecturer and KKS.
b. GPA โฅ 2.75 and a maximum quality D value of 20%.
c. Have a valid Student Identity Card (KTM)
d. If the student is going to do a Seminar Research Proposal in the 7th semester, then the 6th semester GPA must be โฅ 3.20
e. Have a KRS that includes Research Proposals and Seminars as one of the courses.
f. Register yourself to the study program by including your research interest.
The requirements for conducting a Research Proposal Seminar are:
a. Attend seminars in the Undergraduate Pharmacy Study Program at least 10 times.
b. Submit research proposal papers that have been signed by all supervisors.
c. Submit Chapter 1, Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 of the thesis which has been signed by all supervisors.
d. The seminar is conducted at least 1 month after registering at the SBA.
Thesis guide:
The Head of the Undergraduate Pharmacy Study Program will determine the thesis supervisor based on the student’s research interests. If the mentor is more than 1 person, then the main mentor as well as the accompanying mentor is determined according to the applicable regulations If for this thesis field research is needed, the study program can assign a supervisor from the agency / institution where students carry out research activities.
Research Proposal Seminar and Research Result Seminar:
Students can take Research courses and Research Results Seminar if:
Include a Research Proposal Seminar (SUP) and Research Results Seminar (SHP) at KRS in the semester concerned
If it is planned to complete the study in 7 semesters (pass 3.5 years), then when applying for SUP, you will have a GPA โฅ 3.2 and have passed at least 120 SKS
Research Proposal Seminar and Research Result Seminar were tested by 3 (three) discussing lecturers from departments related to research topics. Discussants are lecturers who are appointed by the Head of the Study Program with a Dean’s Decree.
The requirements for conducting research seminars are:
a. Pass all courses (142 credits) and meet the required cumulative study load, as evidenced by a certificate from the guardian lecturer and KKS.
b. Minimum GPA โฅ 2.50 and maximum quality D value of 20%.
c. Submit a thesis, pre-trial paper, and e-poster A0 (84.1 x 118.9 cm) which has been approved / signed by all supervisors.
d. Has attended Field Lectures and submitted the report.
e. Have a KRS that includes Research and Research Results Seminars as one of the courses.
f. Has passed the CBT / CAT Prasidang exams with an average score for each field of science โฅ 56.00
g. Have a valid Student Identity Card (KTM)
h. Submit a thesis draft, a maximum of H-5 to the study program
i. Participate in a Research Proposal Seminar and / or Research Result Seminar in the Undergraduate Pharmacy Study Program at least 15 times.
j. Submit a tool-free certificate from all laboratories in the Faculty of Pharmacy.
k. Submitting a book loan free letter from the Library of the Faculty of Pharmacy and the Padjadjaran University Library.
l. Complete administrative requirements set by the faculty and university.
The research result seminar is conducted at least three months after the research proposal seminar.
If the research cannot be completed in one semester, then:
a. Students are still allowed to complete it in the following semester, by re-listing the Research and Research Results Seminar courses on KRS (the research topic and supervisor remains the same).
b. At the end of the semester concerned, the subject is given the letter K, so it is not used for calculating GPA and GPA.
If the skripsi cannot be completed in two consecutive semesters, then:
a. Research subjects and Research Results Seminars are assigned the letter E quality, except in certain cases which can be accounted for academically.
b. Students are required to take the research again with a different title (supervisor can change or the same).
Examinations are carried out on research result material in a Research Results Seminar.
Undergraduate Comprehensive Session:
Comprehensive undergraduate trial examinations are carried out formally in a closed room, covering four scientific materials, namely Pharmacetics and Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmacology and Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Biology, and Pharmaceutical Analysis and Medicinal Chemistry.
Requirements to take part in the Comprehensive Undergraduate Session are:
Students must have carried out and passed the Research Results Seminar by all discussants of the research results seminar
Pass all courses (142 credits) and meet the required cumulative study load, as evidenced by KKS.
Minimum GPA โฅ 2.50 and maximum quality D value of 20%.
Have passed the TOEFL exam with a minimum score of 475
Submit plagiarism detection results against the thesis draft. The maximum plagiarism value is 25%.
Submit evidence of scientific articles that have been published at least in local journals with ISSN, or uploaded to the UNPAD repository.
The quality letter for the Comprehensive Undergraduate Session is at least โฅ 56 or quality letter C.
The predicate of Graduated Students
The graduation predicate / judicium is based on the final GPA, which is the combined average of the quality score (AM) of the course sets with the thesis quality score (AM).
Predicate of Graduation for Undergraduate Pharmacy Study Program
Students of Undergraduate Education and Applied Undergraduate Education are declared to pass if:
1) has gone through the entire learning load that has been determined;
2) have graduate learning outcomes targeted by the Study Program;
3) has a GPA greater than or equal to 2.75.
b. The predicate for graduation from Undergraduate Education and Applied Undergraduate Education is as follows:
1) GPA 2.75-3.00 is categorized as “satisfactory”;
2) GPA of 3.01-3.50 is categorized as “very satisfying”;
3) GPA of 3.51-4.00 is categorized as “praise” provided that the study period does not exceed the scheduled study period plus 1 (one) year and has a published scientific article.
c. Undergraduate and Applied Undergraduate Education students get a GPA of 3.51-4.00, but their study period exceeds the scheduled study period plus 1 (one) year and / or do not have published scientific papers, the predicate of graduation is categorized as “very satisfying”.
