Dr. apt. Rahman Roestan, M.BA. is currently the director of operations at Biofarma. Born in Bandung on August 5, 1970. Graduated as a Bachelor of Pharmacy and Pharmacist from Padjadjaran University Bandung and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ITB, completed the Doctoral Program in Strategic Management at Padjadjaran University in 2016. Joined PT Bio Farma (Persero) since 1998, has held various structural and strategic positions including: Head of Formulation, Packaging (2001-2004), Head of Quality Assurance System (2004-2006) and Head of Production Planning and Control Division (2006-2007) and Corporate Secretary (2008 -2017). Since 2009 he has also served as Management Representative for the Integrated Management System ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001. From 2016 until now, he is active in the Indonesian Pharmaceutical Entrepreneurs Association, Committee on Government and Institutional Relations. In 2010-2011 he was active in the Indonesian Quality Award Foundation (IQAF) as an Examiner for the Malcolm Baldridge Criteria for Excellence. In addition, he is active as a resource person and trainer in various domestic and foreign forums, and is active in writing in several international journals.

apt. Arryo Aritrixo, MM. currently a director at PT Merck Tbk. Arryo was born in 1972 and received a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science from Padjadjaran University and Industrial Management from the German-Swiss Business Training Foundation. He was appointed as a member of the board of directors of PT Merck Tbk in April 2015. Arryo has experience working as Plant Operations Manager at Actavis Indonesia in 2010-2014, Mystertown Site Building 1-Manufacturing Manager Bayer Healthcare USA 2008-2010, Consumer care/Cimanggis Plant-Production Manager Bayer Indonesia 2005-2008 and Jakarta Plant-Production Manager, F Hoffman-La Roche Indonesia 2002-2004.

Dr. apt. Dewi Muliaty, M.Si.
Dr. apt. Dewi Muliaty, M.Sc., born in Jakarta on May 17, 1961 is the President Director of PT Prodia Widyahusada Tbk. Completed her undergraduate and pharmacist studies at the Padjadjaran University majoring in pharmacy and continued her Masters studies at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Padjadjaran University, Bandung with a major in Pharmacy in Clinical Chemistry Biomedicine in 2006. Dewi Muliaty completed her Doctoral degree at the University Hasanuddin, Makassar in the field of Biomedicine in 2010. She holds the highest position in the board of directors of PT. Prodia Widyahusada Tbk. in 2009. Dewi joined Prodia in 1987. In 1988, Dewi started working at Prodia as Assistant Technical Manager in the Quality Control (QC) section. Dewi’s career continued to climb by serving as Research and Development Manager in 1994 and Director of Development in 2003.
Dr. Ir. Christanto Triwibisono, M.M.
Dr. Ir. Christanto Triwibisono, M.M. has been a lecturer at Telkom University since 2002 and has served as Vice Chancellor I at ITTelkom Jakarta. Dr. Ir. Christanto Triwibisono, M.M. was born in Bandung on July 15, 1963. He has completed his Bachelor of Informatics Engineering and Master of Management at the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and completed his Doctoral study in Management Science at Padjadjaran University. He has a lot of work experience starting from Program Analyst at PT INTI (1988-1989) and IBM Japan (1989-1991), Business Manager at PT Nusantara Sistem Internasional (1991-2000) and Metrodata (2000-2002), Marketing Manager at NIIT & Telkom Center (2004-2007), Deputy Director of Telkom Polytechnic (2007-2013), and Academic Director at Telkom University (2013-2018).
Dr. Andi Wijaya, Ph.D., M.BA.
Dr. Andi Wijaya is the Founder of PT. Prodia Widyahusada Tbk. which has now grown with its subsidiaries, namely Prodia clinical laboratory, Prodia the CRO, Prodia Occupational Health, Prodia Diagnostic Line, Prodia Stem Cell Indonesia and Diagnostics Innovation. Currently he is the president director of the company since 2003. Dr. Andi Wijaya completed his undergraduate education at the Bandung Institute of Technology in 1963 and earned a Ph.D in molecular biology from the University of Munster Germany in 1978 and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles, USA in 1986. Andi Wijaya is very active as a researcher and also teaches at various universities.

apt. dr. R. Dettie Yuliati M.Sc. is the director of pharmaceutical services at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. apt. dr. R. Dettie Yuliati M.Sc. was born in Subang in 1958 and completed her bachelor’s and profession as a pharmacist in the pharmacy department at Padjadjaran University in 1985 and a master’s degree in government science Satyagma in 1999. Previously, Dettie Yuliati was Director of Pharmaceutical Services Development then Director of Pharmaceutical Production and Distribution Development before becoming the Director of Pharmaceutical Services as well as the Pharmacist in charge of the Smart Skin Clinic.
apt. Dita Novianti Sugandi Argadiredja, S.Si., MM.
apt. Dita Novianti Sugandi Argadiredja, S.Si., MM. currently serves as Secretary of the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia since 2022. Previously she served as Director of Pharmaceutical Services since 2018, Head of the Drug and Food Sub-directorate, Directorate of Pharmaceutical Production and Distribution in 2018, and Head of the Sub-Directorate of Drug and Raw Material Independence Pharmaceutical Preparations, Directorate of Pharmaceutical Production and Distribution in 2016. apt. Dita Novianti Sugandi Argadireja S.Sc., MM. is a Bachelor of Pharmacy and Pharmacist graduate from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, and holds a Masters in Management from Padjadjaran University, Bandung. The last award received was Bhakti Karya Husada Dwi Windu (16 Years).

Dr. apt. Rizka Andalusia M.Pharm., MARS. is the Director General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. Dr. apt. Rizka Andalusia M.Pharm., MARS. graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Airlangga University in 1986. A graduate of Pharmacy and Master of Hospital Administration from the University of Indonesia, she previously served as Pharmacist at Dharmais Cancer Hospital since 2017, and Head of Research Section and Development since 2012.
