Pharmacist Professional Program
Participants from outside UNPAD:

  1. Certified with a Bachelor of Pharmacy in PTN / PTS (Minimum institutional accreditation of C)
  2. GPA โ‰ฅ00 (include a legalized copy of Academic transcripts)
  3. Recommendation from Head of Department / Dean of PTN / PTS from origin
  4. Photocopy of faculty/department accreditation from the original college
  5. 4 pieces of 3 ร— 4 sized photograph
  6. Non -Color Blind Certificate
  7. Have a TKA certificate from the Faculty of Psychology, Padjadjaran University, TPA Bappenas or Government Agencies.
  8. Have a valid ELT certificate for the FIB Unpad Language Center or an International standard English language proficiency certificate (TOEFL ITP, TOEFL IBT, IELTS) which is still valid.
  9. For participants / prospective postgraduate students who do not have TKA / TKBI scores, Padjadjaran University will hold an exam that will be held simultaneously.
