| 5 | Competence | After attending this lecture, students understand the basic concepts of pharmacokinetics and basic theories of pharmacokinetic principles, reaction order, ADME mechanism (absorption, distribution, metabolism and elimination), mathematical models, compartment models, how to calculate the parameters of the pharmacokinetic model of administration intra vascular and intravascular 1 compartment through blood data and urine data, exercise questions, 2 compartment concept, intravenous infusion concept, multiple dose calculation concept, and non-linear pharmacokinetic concept. |
