After completing this course, students will be able to explain the types of prokaryotic microorganisms, viruses and eukaryotes which are normal flora and cause infection in humans, pathogenicity and how to transfer their distribution and are able to explain the immune system, both innate immunity and adaptive immunity to protect the body from microorganisms cause of infection.

Syllabus

This course discusses the introduction of microbiology, prokaryotic protists in the form of bacteria, viruses, eukaryotic protists in the form of protozoa, fungi and worms, normal flora, microbial pathogenicity, transmission of pathogens, nosocomial infections, cells, tissues and the immune system, innate immunity, adaptive immunity, immunomodulators and cytokines.
