Syllabus

This course discusses the concept of drug degradation events including the mechanisms that occur, namely chemistry, physics or microbiology; drug degradation routes; the reaction kinetics of drug degradation include half-life and Q10; drug stability in solid state as well as drug stability testing methods and data interpretation.
